What is the standard preparation time?

Preparation requires 2 days, starting from the day following your order placement.

Do you offer delivery or pickup?

Yes.

We offer both delivery and pickup options for your brownie order(s). You can select either 'Local Delivery' or 'Local Pickup' during checkout process.

How does your booking system work?

Our checkout includes a calendar system that lets you choose your preferred delivery or pickup date.

Please note that the first 2–3 days after placing your order are blocked to allow for preparation time.

If a date appears greyed out, it means that day is either within the preparation window or fully booked and we cannot accept more orders.

Can I schedule my brownie order(s) in advance?

Yes.

At checkout, you'll find a calendar system where you can select your preferred delivery date.

Can I schedule the time of my brownie order(s)?

Yes.

You can choose from available time slots during checkout. Please note that exact delivery times are not guaranteed, you'll select from a range of times instead.

If I place an order today, when can I expect my order?

If you place an order today, there is a preparation time of 2–3 days. After that, your brownies will be ready for delivery or pickup.

Please use the calendar system at checkout to select the earliest available date.

Is it possible to customise the ingredients in your brownies?

No.

Unfortunately, we cannot change or remove ingredients. Each recipe has been carefully tested to achieve the perfect fudgy brownies.

Do the brownies contains allergens I should be aware of?

Yes.

Our brownies may contain allergens. Please review the allergen information listed under each product before ordering.

Can I order a mixed box of brownies?

While we don’t currently offer mixed boxes, our 4‑piece box lets you enjoy a lovely little assortment. Each brownie is baked fresh just for you.

How long do the brownies last?

For the best experience, please refer to the 'Best Before' date listed under each product."

Do you decorate the brownies?

While we don’t offer decoration as a standard option on our website, you’re welcome to contact us before placing your order so we can check whether we can accommodate your request.
