Digital Delivery
Our gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the email address is correct.
Once delivered, the gift card is considered received.
Redemption
- Gift cards can be redeemed exclusively on our online store for eligible products.
- A gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or refunds.
- If the order total exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
- If the order total is lower than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays available on the same code until fully used or expired.
Validity Period
Gift cards are valid for 12-months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stared.
Expired gift cards cannot be reactivated or refunded.
Non-Refundable
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable, including in cases where the card is lost, deleted or not used.
We are not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen or used without permission.
Transferability
Gift cards may be gifted to another person, but once issued, they are treated as bearer instruments. Whoever holds the code can redeem it.

Fraud & Misuse
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or block a gift card if fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
- Request proof of purchase before reissuing or investigation any issues
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that gift card.
