SECTION 1 - DELIVERY AVALIABILITY

We currently offer delivery within Malta only. We do not provide shipping or delivery to international territories outside Malta.

 

SECTION 2 - DELIVERY ZONE

Delivery eligibility is determined during the checkout process. If your address falls outside our delivery zones, delivery will not be available at checkout. If you believe this is an error or require assistance, please contact our Customer Service team.

 

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY DATES & TIMES

Delivery dates and pre‑set time slots are selected during checkout. Any dates or times that appear greyed out are unavailable for delivery. Availability may vary based on order volume, public holidays, or operational constraints.

 

SECTION 4 - PROCESSING TIME

All brownies are baked fresh to order. We require 2–3 days processing time before delivery. Same‑day delivery is not available. For more details, please refer to our FAQs

 

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

SECTION 6 - DELIVERY ATTEMPS

Our delivery team will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery person will contact you. A second delivery attempt can be arranged free of charge. If you are unavailable again, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for a third attempt.

 

SECTION 7 - ORDER INSPECTION & PERSINABLE GOODS

Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. We are not responsible for issues reported after the delivery has been completed and accepted.

SECTION 9 - RECIPIENT RESPONSIBILITY

If you are sending brownies as a gift, please ensure the recipient is aware of the delivery date and time window. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries where the recipient is unavailable.

 

SECTION 10 - DAILY CUT-OFF TIME

  • Orders placed after 16:30 will be processed on the next working day.
  • This may affect the earliest available delivery date shown at checkout
